Why use Coming Home

One morning, at the age of 41, Avashna Moodley woke up paralysed, and confused. This personal experience was the catalyst for setting up this NPO.

Through her own recovery, she was able to see the challenges in the treatment currently available to people who suffer life-changing illnesses such as stroke, heart attack, and other physically and mentally debilitating illnesses.

She can also empathize and communicate how the patient feels along with the challenges they are experiencing with their families.
